Foot Massage Therapy Treatment

90 minute Top to Toe Massage

A luxurious massage to treat the body from top to toe to completely de-stress, relax & revive.

Head, scalp and extended neck massage, as well as full body and concluding with a pampering foot treatment.

Full body Massage – 60 minutes

Aromatherapy oil is liberally applied and back, neck and shoulders plus arms and legs are massaged using a variety of techniques to soothe, remove held tension and knots and restore a sense of well being and balance.

Indian Head massage

This treatment can be with or without oil. Head, scalp and neck treatment to reduce muscular tension, increase levels of alertness & concentration, lowers blood pressure and promotes a feeling of calm.

Foot massage

Oil or cream massage A delightfully pampering treatment for an often neglected area.

A nourishing oil or cream is applied to the feet and lower legs, followed by a fusion of massage techniques to generate maximum feelings of pleasure and relaxation.

Rejuvenating Facial Uplift Massage

This is a blend of Indian face massage, Japanese facial massage and Acupressure for the face. A gentle face massage, using a range of simple techniques helps to relieve deep tension giving the facial muscles a lift. Visually people look refreshed and energized losing the tight stressed and tired looking face for a more relaxed, younger stress-free face which really shows.

Therapeutic massage to relieve stress and tension, restore a sense of balance, reduce aches and pains, increase a state of relaxation and reconnect the body and mind.

I tailor each massage to the individual’s needs.

Massages are 60 or 90 minutes and will include a mixture of techniques to warm up, relax, remove areas of tension and increase circulation flow to remove toxins. Pressure and depth of treatment adjusted to requirements.

I am based at Crystal Palace, attends retreats in UK and abroad to provide massage. Enquiries welcome.
